ClinicOS

Terms of Service

Last updated · 2026

11. Acceptance of terms

By creating a ClinicOS account or using our booking pages, you agree to these terms. If you're signing up on behalf of a clinic, you confirm you have the authority to accept these terms for that clinic.

22. Subscription & billing

ClinicOS is offered on Trial, Basic, and Pro plans with monthly pricing shown at signup. New clinics get a free trial period; continued access after the trial requires an active paid subscription. Upgrade requests are reviewed and approved manually before a plan change takes effect.

33. Your account & responsibilities

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate clinic and patient information and to use ClinicOS only for legitimate clinic-management purposes.

44. Our service

We provide the ClinicOS platform "as is" and work to keep it available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, improve, or change features over time to keep the product secure and useful.

55. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform — this includes attempting to disrupt the service, accessing data that isn't yours, or using the booking pages to submit false or abusive bookings.

66. Cancellation

You can stop using ClinicOS at any time. Subscriptions aren't automatically renewed without your action, and we don't offer retroactive refunds for partial billing periods already used.

77. Limitation of liability

ClinicOS is a scheduling and clinic-management tool, not a substitute for professional medical judgment. We aren't liable for decisions made using data stored on the platform, or for indirect damages arising from service interruptions.

88. Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. For any questions about these terms, reach out to us using the button below.
