This policy explains what information the ClinicOS mobile app and website collect, why we collect it, and how clinics and patients can control it. By using the ClinicOS app, our website, or booking through one of our clinic pages, you agree to this policy. ClinicOS is intended for clinic staff and their patients and is not directed at children; we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
22. Information we collect
For clinic accounts: name, email, phone, and clinic details you provide at signup. For patients booking appointments: name, phone number, and the appointment details you enter — we don't require patients to create an account. Clinic staff may also record medical notes about their own patients directly in the app; this information is only visible to that clinic's staff.

We use this data to run the booking and clinic-management features you're using — confirming appointments, sending reminders and notifications, and letting clinic staff manage their own patient records.
45. How we protect your data
Passwords are stored encrypted, and access to clinic dashboards requires authentication. We take reasonable technical measures to protect data, though no online system can guarantee absolute security.
54. Sharing of information
We don't sell your data. Patient information entered on a clinic's booking page is only visible to that specific clinic's staff. We use trusted third-party services (such as email delivery and hosting providers) strictly to operate the platform.

You can request to view, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us. Clinic owners can manage and delete their patients' records directly from their dashboard.
